Refunds

At Printariums, every piece is carefully designed and made just for you. Since our products are made-to-order, we have a few guidelines when it comes to refunds and returns.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right! Contact us within [15] days of delivery with:
📸 Photos of the item and packaging
📦 Your order number
📝 A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations within [24] hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds or returns for:
🚫 Custom or personalized orders
🚫 Orders with incorrect shipping addresses (If returned to us, we can reship at the buyer’s expense.)

Shipping Issues

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. However, if your package is missing, let us know. We’ll help you file a claim with the shipping provider.
